At Kitthar, we believe in keeping things simple and respecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect (spoiler: not much!) and how we use it.
The good news is that Kitthar is designed to collect as little data as possible. We don't require accounts, we don't ask for personal information, and we don't track you around the internet.
The main piece of information we store is a simple flag in your browser's local storage that remembers you've confirmed being 18 or older. This:
Like most websites, our servers automatically log some basic technical stuff when you visit:
We use this information only to keep the site running properly and fix any technical problems that come up.
Here's a list of things we absolutely do NOT collect:
The tiny bit of information we do collect is used for:
That's it! We don't use your information for advertising, marketing, selling to third parties, or anything else.
Kitthar uses your browser's local storage for one simple purpose: remembering that you confirmed your age. That's all!
You can clear this data anytime through your browser settings. If you do, you'll just need to confirm your age again next time you visit.
Simple answer: We don't. Kitthar doesn't sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone. Since we barely collect any information in the first place, there's nothing to share!
The only exception would be if we're legally required to share information (like if law enforcement has a valid court order).
Kitthar doesn't use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. The site is self-contained and doesn't send your data to other companies.
We do link to gambling support organizations (GambleAware, GamCare, Gambling Therapy). When you click those links, you're leaving Kitthar and their privacy policies apply instead of ours.
Kitthar is strictly for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. If we find out someone underage is using the site, we'll block their access immediately.
Parents: We encourage you to monitor your kids' internet use and use parental control software to keep them safe online.
Since we don't collect personal information, there's not much to manage. But here's what you can do:
We use standard security measures to protect our platform. However, no internet service is 100% secure. Since we collect very little information, there's not much at risk anyway!
Kitthar can be accessed from anywhere in the world. If you're outside your home country, your information might be processed in different locations. By using Kitthar, you're okay with this.
We might update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last Updated" date at the top. Big changes will be announced on the site.
If you keep using Kitthar after we update the policy, it means you accept the new version.
If you have questions about privacy at Kitthar, check out our Terms of Service and Disclaimer pages for more information about how we operate.
